  7 days before Christmas, I hit Pier 1 to find some plates that my wife "had to have." They were already on the sale table, but there were just the number my wife wanted... win!! The rest of the store is always filled with semi-unique items made in countries around the world. The prices are fairly high, but many items eventually go on sale. The quality is acceptable, for the most part. The Sales staff were helpful and friendly, greeting all customers as they entered, and offering to help find items.

  Rude rude rude walked by us over and over no one offered to assist. They were too busy gossiping behind counter to be remotely interested in doing their minimum wage job.
